We create facers for the insulation panels industry for use in maintaining energy efficiency in commercial and residential buildings. Atlas Web Technologies also produces many different types of dry felt (roofing felts) largely used in the residential building industry.

Products for the Building/Roofing Industry

The majority of our Coated Products will ultimately be used in the commercial building and residential building industries. Some coated construction materials include: foil faced insulation, house wraps, HVAC media, insulation board, insulation products, roofing membranes, slipsheets, tile backers (used in walls, countertops, and flooring), and wall coverings. WEBTECH® designs and manufactures products that will usually be used in conjunction with other components to make the end product even better. Some of the purposes these end products will serve include thermal efficiency, water proofing, fire resistance, and antimicrobial mold and mildew growth inhibition.

WebTech® Applications

WebTech® coated substrates can be found in many different applications including: floorings, glass fiber underlayments, lamination, sheathing, and slipsheets.

Attributes of WebTech® Specialty Coatings

The specialty coatings that WebTech uses can give materials increased attributes that will allow it serve additional functions. These attributes may products to be used as water repellents, fire/flame retardants, or show increased uplift resistance, dimensional stability, and flexural strength.
